Dragonfly Hair Design use the services of NZ Couriers to deliver all products bought online. Delivery time is between 2-3 days typically however during the busy seasons OR Government enforced Alert Level Changes due to Covid, it can take up to

5-7 days. For any delivery concerns or questions, please call us.

Delivery within New Zealand is $10 or FREE for purchases of $60 or more.

Sorry, we are unable to deliver our products to destinations outside of New Zealand.

Dragonfly Hair Design endeavour to meet these delivery schedules, but will not be held responsible for any delays due to incomplete delivery information or delayed courier deliveries.

Returns Policy

If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please email us within 5 days at accounts@dragonflyhairdesign.co.nz so we organise return and replacement. We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully.
